1. The Promoter
1.1 The promoter of all competitions on this website and app (together, the “Platform”) is:

1.2 We operate prize competitions and instant-win promotions where entrants can win prizes (“Prize” / “Prizes”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. The Competitions
2.1 All draws and games run by the Promoter on the Platform are referred to as the “Competition(s)”. These may include (as applicable):
- Main prize competitions (e.g. car raffles);
- Instant Win Competitions;
- Other promotional competitions we may introduce from time to time.
2.2 Each Competition will have:
- A clearly described Prize;
- A defined Promotion Period (start and end time);
- A maximum number of entries;
- An entry price and, where applicable, any Instant Win Prizes.
2.3 We may run multiple Competitions at the same time. Details for each are shown on the relevant Competition page on the Platform.
2.4 Every Competition includes a free entry route as well as a paid route (see Section 4). The free entry route is designed so that the Competition does not fall under the definition of a lottery under the UK Gambling Act 2005.
2.5 Each Competition will open and close at the dates and times shown on the Platform (“Promotion Period”). Once the Promotion Period has ended, no further entries will be accepted.
2.6 We reserve the right to close a Competition early or bring the draw forward, but:
- We will announce this on the Platform; and
- The Competition will remain open for at least 3 clear days after that announcement; and
- All valid entries received up to the closing time will still be included in the draw.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open to all natural persons who:
- Are 18 years of age or older; and
- Are resident in a country where it is lawful for them to enter and for us to run the Competition and award the Prize.
3.2 The following cannot enter:
- Our employees; and
- Anyone directly connected with the Promoter (immediate family, directors, or anyone professionally involved in running the Competitions).
3.3 By entering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have legal capacity to enter the Competition;
- You have read, understood, and accept these Terms;
- You are not breaching any local laws by taking part.
3.4 It is your responsibility to check that entering our Competitions is legal in your country/jurisdiction. We will not be held responsible if you enter unlawfully.
3.5 We may refuse or cancel any entry at our discretion if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or acting in bad faith.
3.6 These Competitions and these Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
4. How to Enter
To enter any Competition, you must first create an account on the Platform using a valid email address or social login.

4.2 Paid Online Entry

- Confirm you have read and accepted these Terms;
- Complete payment.
Once payment clears, we will allocate your ticket number(s) and send you an email confirmation. Your tickets will also appear in “My Account → My Tickets”.
4.3 Free Postal Entry
4.3.1 For each Competition, you may enter for free by postal entry.
4.3.2 To enter by post, send an unenclosed postcard to:

4.3.3 Your postcard must include:
- The name of the Competition you wish to enter;
- Your full name;
- Full postal address;
- Date of birth;
- Email address;

- A statement confirming: “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions on [website URL] and wish to enter this Competition for free.”
4.3.4 Each postcard counts as one entry. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted. Standard first or second-class postage must be paid.
4.3.5 Postal entries are processed in the same way as paid entries and have the same chance of winning any Prize or Instant Win Prize in that Competition.
4.3.6 Postal entries must arrive at our address before the end of the Promotion Period. We are not responsible for delayed or lost post.
4.4 Entry Limits & Validation
4.4.1 Every Competition will state:
- The minimum and maximum number of total entries;
- Any per-person entry limit.
4.4.2 Once the maximum number of entries is reached or the timer expires, the Competition will close.
4.4.3 You are not entered into any Competition until:
- Your online payment has been successfully processed or
- Your valid postal entry has been received and recorded; and
- We have allocated a ticket/entry number and this is visible in your account or confirmed by email.
4.4.4 All entries are final and non-refundable, except where we cancel a Competition (see Section 7) or where required by law.
5. Instant Win Competitions
5.1 From time to time, certain Competitions may include Instant Win Prizes.
5.2 When you purchase an entry to a Competition with Instant Wins:
- Your entry number is randomly generated and stored in our system;
- If your number matches a pre-allocated instant win number, you immediately win the associated Instant Win Prize.
5.3 Instant Win Prizes:
- Are clearly listed on the Competition page;
- Are allocated randomly and fairly;
- Are available to both paid and valid postal entries.
5.4 Instant Win results will either:
- Be shown instantly on the Platform; and/or
- Be confirmed to you via email and/or in your account area.
6. Selection of Winners & Draw Process
6.1 For main prize draws, the winner (“Prize Winner”) is selected by:
- A randomised draw system using all valid ticket numbers, or
- A random ball machine or other verifiably random method.
Details will be explained on the Platform.
6.2 Draws may be:
- Live streamed on social media (e.g. Facebook, YouTube); or
- Conducted using an automated random number generator.
6.3 Once the draw has taken place:
- No further entries will be accepted;
- One main Prize Winner will usually be selected per Competition, unless otherwise stated.
6.4 We reserve the right to re-run a draw or use an alternative random method if a technical fault or human error affects the original draw.
7. Cancellation of Competitions & Refunds
7.1 We reserve the right to cancel any Competition at any time before the draw.
7.2 If a Competition is cancelled:
- We will notify all entrants by email (where possible); and
- We will refund entry fees paid for that Competition to the original payment method or, if offered, provide site credit (at your choice, where applicable).
7.3 Once refunds or credits are issued, we have no further liability in respect of that cancelled Competition.
8. Prize Winners – Contact, Verification & Payment
8.1 We will attempt to contact Prize Winners within [X] working days of the draw using the Contact Details on their account.
8.2 You are responsible for ensuring your Contact Details are correct and up to date. We are not liable if we cannot contact you due to incorrect or incomplete details.
8.3 We may require Prize Winners to provide:
- Proof of identity (e.g. passport, driving licence);
- Proof of age (18+);
- Proof of address; and
- Any other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility.
8.4 If:
- We cannot contact a Prize Winner within 5 working days (or such extension as we reasonably allow); or
- The Prize Winner fails to complete verification; or
- The Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms,
then the Prize may be forfeited and we may redraw or deal with the Prize at our discretion.
9. Prize Details, Delivery & Cash Alternatives
9.1 The Prize for each Competition is described on the Competition page. Example: a specific vehicle, cash amount or other item.
9.2 Unless stated otherwise:
- Delivery of vehicle Prizes within [Great Britain / UK] is free of charge;
- Delivery outside this region may incur additional costs, payable by the Prize Winner.
9.3 Once a Prize has been handed over or delivered, we are no longer responsible for:
- Insurance;
- Ongoing maintenance;
- Tax, registration, or any other associated costs.
These are the Prize Winner’s responsibility.
9.4 Where offered, a cash alternative may be taken instead of the Prize. The amount will be stated by us and is at our discretion.
9.5 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned by the Winner before delivery/hand-over, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
10. Prize Payment & Bank Verification (Cash Prizes)
10.1 All cash prizes are paid only to the verified personal bank account of the named Prize Winner.
10.2 We will not:
- Pay prizes to any third party;
- Transfer to business accounts unless agreed and verified;
- Pay to accounts not matching the Winner’s verified identity.
10.3 The Winner must provide whatever documentation we reasonably require to verify identity and bank details. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. Publicity & Use of Winner Details
11.1 We may request that Prize Winners:
- Provide photographs or videos;
- Take part in reasonable publicity;
- Allow us to use their first name, initial of surname and town/city in marketing material.
11.2 You may ask us not to use your image or town/city for marketing; however, we may still be required to record and store your details internally for legal and audit purposes.
12. Data Protection

12.2 By creating an account and entering Competitions, you consent to:
- Us using your data to manage your entries and account;
- Contacting you about your entries and any winnings;
- Where you opt in, sending you marketing messages (which you can opt out of at any time).
13. Limits of Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13.2 Subject to the above, our total liability to any Prize Winner is limited to the value of the Prize awarded.
13.3 Our total liability to any non-winning Entrant is limited to the total amount paid by that Entrant for entries in the preceding 12-month period.
13.4 We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, special or consequential loss;
- Loss of profit, business or opportunity;
- Failures of third-party payment providers, postal services, or internet/technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
14. Your Account & Security
14.1 You must keep your account login details and password confidential.
14.2 You must:
- Never share your password;
- Log out when leaving your device unattended;
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
14.3 We may suspend or close your account if:
- We suspect fraud or misuse;
- You are in breach of these Terms;
- There are chargebacks or payment disputes.
15. Changes to These Terms & the Platform
15.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform and/or entry into Competitions after any changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform or specific Competitions for operational, legal or security reasons.
16. Unauthorised Use, Payments & Chargebacks
16.1 If you believe a payment has been taken in error, contact us first so we can investigate.
16.2 If you raise an unjustified chargeback with your bank:
- We may recover from you the entry fees, bank charges and our reasonable recovery costs;
- We may suspend or terminate your account.
17. Use of the Platform
17.1 You agree not to:
- Upload or transmit any unlawful, offensive or defamatory content;
- Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
- Attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the Platform;
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
17.2 We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Platform and Competitions. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the Platform without our permission.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, power failures, or failures of internet or communications networks.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Competition-specific rules, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Competitions.
